Fee & Schedule: 2022

Introductory Package for one person, personal training: is $340 for 4 sessions, 2 times per week. Aditional sessions if needed are $85. The introductory sessions are to create a program for the indivudual that will prepared them to be able to do an independant workout. A single personal training session is $95.

 

Independent workouts, by appointment, group setting: monthly prepayment due on the 1st of each month based on the number of workouts per week.

1 workout per week is $140 per month, including a 30 minute program review every 12 months.

2 workouts per week is $250 per month, including a 30 minute program review every 6 months.

3 workouts per week is $350 per month, including a 30 minute program review every 4 months.

 

Missed sessions: rebooking of sessions is optional, and within the calander month at any available time slot. 

Please notify the studio by text or call so as to create space for others to re-book.

Led classes, with Norah, by appointment:  prepayment due on the 1st class of the 4 week series and is based on the number of classes per week.

Current rates for led group classes, per person, for four weeks.

  • Drop in class: $35.00

  • 1 per week at $29.50 x 4 = $118

  • 2 per week at $27.50 x 8 = $220

  • 3 per week at $25.50 x 12 = $306
